Whole-home Renovations

DJ, PERSONAL TOUCH, did a fantastic job with our bathroom renovation. He worked hard for us and made sure everything he did Met our approval. The pictures we’re sending are not a finished product but are so gorgeous that they stand alone. We are waiting on a 8’ “barn” door for our linen closet and glass walls for our shower. Check out the photos. This was a complete renovation from the ceiling to the floor!

Donald was so easy to work with. He communicated with us throughout the project making sure we were always in the loop. His craftsmanship is excellent. We love the way the tile floor turned out!

Awesome contractor! Did an amazing job on finishing our basement! Very prompt, skilled and personable! DJ and Brandon tackled every single challenge that was presented to them!! We couldn’t have asked for more!! Highly recommend!! Definitely hiring again!! Thank you both!!

DJ Snow took a very old and tired bathroom and turned it into a beautiful updated one. I had limited floor support which he corrected. Then he created a tiled step in shower with bench, installed a new toilet, vanity, mirrored cabinet and sconces along with titling the floor. I am very pleased with his workmanship, his talents, punctuality and cleaning up the job site daily. i will definitely call him again. Karen Creed

Dreams do come true! Thank you so very much, Personal Touch General Contractor, for my gorgeous new luxury vinyl plank flooring. When the first business said I would have to be satisfied with carpet and vinyl, DJ and Brandon were there for the rescue. Three days later, it's a miracle. From the removal of the old flooring, repairs to the subfloor and walls, and installation of the new product, they were meticulous and thorough. Our most sincere thanks, gratitude and glowing recommendation to Personal Touch General Contractor!

DJ did a phenomenal job on a bathroom remodel. It was a poorly designed bathroom, and DJ made it look amazing! He is a professional who will show up when he says he will. He was communicative through the whole remodel process. I definitely recommend him!

DJ did a very good job installing my bathroom cabinets. He was on time, courteous, and left a clean job site. All positive attributes for a contractor.

Mr Snow did a lot of work on our house, and I do highly recommend his services. His rates were fair, his work was good, and I felt I could trust him. Thanks Dee.

Personal Touch General Contractor Thank you very much for your prompt response! If his services are required, he will respond immediately. Please do not hesitate to contact him for all your needs. He will ensure the job is completed efficiently!

Donald does good work on bathroom&kitchen remodeling ! He did plumbing some electrical, put a floor in the bath and completed my bath top to bottom, then got my backsplash installed in the kitchen, we have plenty more including interior doors and a couple of outdoor patios and a storage building to fix but he works fast and well and we have right much other work at another residence to do as well Thanks Donald for a job well done so far! More to come!

I had repair job done by Personal Touch — repairing stairs, sanding, and restaining them — as well as additional paint touch up on the exterior of our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They were punctual, professional, priced fairly, and did a fantastic job. The stairs look amazing! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and reliable service.
